Meet the Team

Alan
As President of LaunchConnect, Alan has been at the helm from the start in 1996. Having previously spent time managing a large office for a computer services company, Alan realized his passion – providing an incomparable level of service to his customers. Who better to talk to the customer than the people making the decisions? In fact, the most rewarding aspect of Alan’s job is admittedly hearing from his customers that LaunchConnect has far exceeded their expectations. Considering a big part of his job now is deciding which products to bring to market, Alan stays on top of the latest technologies and business demands. When Alan is not on the phone with customers or developing new business ideas, he is enjoying poker, any form of competition and bad stand-up comics. “Taking the road less traveled” is what Alan admires most in other people so it is not surprising that Alan strives to do the same every day at LaunchConnect.

Alan is a former stand-up comedian having toured in the mid 80s (see him on The David Letterman Show), a nationally ranked table tennis player, and a World Series of Poker participant. And he knows technology and its applications better then any other CEO you will encounter.

Ray
As the resident “tech guy”, Ray has been providing solutions for 10 years at LaunchConnect. Ray starts his day checking the servers to ensure everything is operational and responding to emails before heading out for his morning bike ride. From there, the ‘average’ day leads Ray down many paths – everything from customer service, system monitoring, customer training, issue resolution to a casual meeting to discuss product enhancements, requirements for custom customer requests, requirements and spec development for new and existing applications. An avid cyclist and outdoorsman, Ray is happy spending time with his kids, enjoying a day at the beach, eating chocolate or relaxing on the beach.
