There are few market leaders in this fractionalized industry. So many promises and so many different things that it can get confusing. The industry is still growing and constantly testing the limits of technology. Our commitment and responsibility has always been to ask what you want and to deliver the right solution, not to tell you how you can work within the confines of our capabilities.

As a former stand-up comic and magician – you can click hear to see my appearance on the David Letterman Show in 1984 – I always enjoy making an immediate impact. When I started LaunchConnect (formerly Launchfax) in 1996, I wanted to be the market leader in speed, service and easy-to-use Internet services. Today, we’re firmly established as one of the largest fax, email, voice communications and conferencing companies in the country. Our clients know that faster, simpler communications – a concept that we’ve perfected – is better for their bottom line.
